We had one minor issue. The pool had couple issues and the host sent people out instantly and had issues fixed. They are very responsive and they aim to please. Our kids enjoyed this cabin and loved the pool and arcade games. We played a lot of board games and cards which they had a lot to choose from. Our kid also left something behind and the host is going to ship it to us. We have zero complaints and were very satisfied with the host they went above and beyond making sure things were right. It’s not a brand new place, it’s well loved but very homey. We floated the river in townsend, rode several mountain coasters, visited anakeesta, went to slick city opening day, rowdy bears 1 hour, pirate show, many other things. Everything is a 30min drive but we enjoyed being out away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you once again for sending what was left behind.

We enjoyed our stay overall & the cabin has several positives; multiple sleeping areas, the arcade setup, and a peaceful creekside setting. The home was clean, communication was good, & the location worked well for our trip. Future guests should know the bunk beds are in the main living area, not a separate room. The listing does say 2BR, but the photos make the bunk/arcade area look more separate than it is. This can affect evenings if kids go to bed early, since sound carries easily & the hot tub exit is right beside the bunks. The creek & firepit area are pretty but steeper & more rustic than photos suggest. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. GPS may route you onto one‑lane mountain roads with steep drop‑offs; learning the main connecting roads (Goose Gap Rd., Whites Creek Rd.) makes driving easier. Overall, a good stay; realistically about 4.5 stars if Airbnb allowed half‑ratings. The bunk layout difference was the only thing keeping it from a full 5.

The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable for families. The location is excellent—definitely an A+ and one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed our stay.That said, the property really needs some TLC, both inside and out.When we first arrived, we found around 10 dead roaches and one live one. We understand this is Florida and bugs can happen, but the cleaning crew should inspect the property and remove them before the next guests check in.The pool also hadquite a bit of debris in it, including small frogs. The pots, pans, and kitchen utensils looked very old and heavily worn, as if they’ve been in use for many years. An update to the kitchen essentials would make a big difference.The smaller villa appeared to have termites, and we had to shake out the beds every day and night. Overall, it honestly didn’t feel like the property had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The sheets had stains and looked unclean, and there was mildew in the bathroom.
