The cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of indoor activities to enjoy at the cabin, including an indoor heated pool. We look forward to staying again.

This was our second trip to the Smokey’s and we continue to love the area. After a bit of a mishap at the start of our trip (we arrived to an unclean cabin), the host was incredibly responsive - less than a minute from messaging about the issue - and helpful in finding us an alternative listing that they managed. They proved multiple options to best fit our needs and the cabin was definitely an upgrade from what we originally booked. The cabin was very nice, spacious, and clean and the host continued to follow up to check on us to make sure we were settled and our stay was going well. While the start was a bit unnerving, we can understand that miscommunication happens and I can’t say enough good things about the host in how the situation was handled. The properties were lovely and I would definitely book through them again.
