David was responsive and helpful from the start. Check in was smooth. The house had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked. The theater was a hit. The pool was chilly as it was in the 50s at night. That did not stop the kids from swimming. The house was well stocked. Huge kitchen. The laundry room was nice to have. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. The air conditioner did go out while we were there. David sent a hvac guy it to fix it immediately. Worked great after that. Overall the house and stay was great.

David is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house looks like on the pictures and it satisfied our needs. The owner know what the vacation is all about, relax and fun! The play room and movie theater are for kids and adults. Highly recommend!

We booked David’s place for a staycation and it was wonderful! The home was exactly as pictured - very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed grilling and the pool. The game room and movie theater were also a hit. We even sat around the fire pit and made s’mores our last night there. Very kid friendly. Nice neighborhood and surrounding area. Check in was easy and David was available, responsive, and accommodating. Would book again!
