Burning Tree Ranch

This house was a home run. We had twelve in our party on motorcycles. We never even used all the rooms and always felt spacious. Since it rained, we were grateful to get access to the garage. The outside needed some maintenance but nothing that made a difference to our trip. It’s a beautiful house. One suggestion was there should be some kind of written instructions for the cinema theatre room. We had a hard time getting it going. Thank you for hosting us. It was a great week.

There were a couple of small issues because of really rough winter weather in the days before our arrival. David and Angela did an exceptional job of remedying these small problems and went over and above to make our family feel like welcomed and valued guest. We loved the privacy and beauty of the location. The house was extravagant and unusually roomie, with so many amenities ! The pictures don’t begin to tell the story of this great house !! We will definitely rebook at this and probably other properties that David and Angela manage!!

David was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely stay at one of his other properties. Easy and clear communication.

We have never had so much fun at an Airbnb! There were some maintenance issues that came up and David or Angela responded immediately, got things fixed and were truly great hosts. Before we arrived I asked David what town was the closest medical equipment rental store located (I had an injury and needed a knee scooter to get around). Instead of just providing an answer, he asked a few questions and purchased one and had it delivered and assembled the morning before we arrived. My jaw was on the floor. The cabin is seriously so much fun, especially if you have kids and a large group. I would love to return!

I chose this home on ABB due to the size of our family for a Christmas vacation, we had 29 ppl with us and had plenty of room for all of us. With 11 grandchildren, they had plenty of games to play to keep them entertained. They loved the bunk room bedroom! Home was spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful home…David was always quick to respond if I needed anything or had questions. Would highly recommend this location, secluded in the mountains with no other cabins right on top of us, the privacy was great! Highly recommend for other large gatherings and will book again when we return to the mountains with family!!

The whole experience was great. My family is already planning our next trip in the home. It’s everything thing and more than we expected! David is a top notch host!

As someone with extensive list of family members it was so exciting to find a large place that could accommodate and keep the littles entertained. It was a lovely time spent together under one roof. Owner was responsive and quickly amended anything needed.

Overall, the property was great for hosting a large group. Private and plenty to do. Host was very responsive when an issue at the property happened. It was quickly resolved with minimal disruption to the trip.

David was extremely responsive. The description of the home was very accurate. The location was very private but an easy drive to the park, other attractions and restaurants. It is an excellent place for a large family get together!

This place was perfect for my large family, the house had plenty of room for fun and entertainment. It is beautifully decorated and safe for children to enjoy without parents worrying about them getting hurt or breaking something. David was an awesome host and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again or check out any other place David has depending on our needs.

As a large family group our yearly vacation rental properties are not always perfect for us…THIS ONE WAS SPOT ON! It was as described and so very lovely! Comfortable outside seating areas allowed a place for both personal reflection and catching up with other family members. Games and Videos in the children’s areas all WORKED and provided hours of entertainment and the movie theater was a night time favorite. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked and seating for meals was plentiful. Beautiful AND comfortable the house was a resounding hit with our crew, and requests were made for a return to this space another year. We had one issue with a shower door but one text to David and the repairman was there the next morning to make the repair. Clear and concise directions for entry and instructions for exit were sent in a timely fashion and all access codes were given in a single text for ease of access. Thank you David for a lovely stay…let’s do it again soon! The Hodges Family

This house was very very nice and was perfect for our Family. The beds were more firm than what I like but I also understand that everyone has different opinions on stuff like that but overall it was a great place and I would rent it again if I were vacationing in that area again and needed a large place for a big group or family. 5 Stars all the way.

David the host was great at communicating and making sure we had a great experience as his guests. The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group for a golf trip to the area! The kitchen and living room are ideal for gathering. The bedrooms are large and allow for getting away from the action if someone wants to rest while others are still socializing. I would recommend a stay at this property again.

This was an amazing home away from home. I will stay here over and over again. David was excellent with detailed instructions of how to access the property and the condition to leave it in as well. The stay was comfortable and roomy for my guests of 14 total. The distance from the attractions was a bit lengthening but well worth it for the price and condition of property. Great Job and I recommend it to anyone.

This is the first cabin my family and I have been at and it was definitely worth what we paid. It was spacious, perfect for a big family. Everything was clean when we arrived and getting there was easy. The nature of the mountain provides a beautiful scenery. It had everything essential you would need. David was a great host and responded in a reasonable time. We had no problems whatsoever with communication. I suggest this cabin for anyone who wants to visit the mountains and beautiful sceneries.

First time booking with David will be using him again always available to help. This was a new listing for him and we had issue and he got it fixed asap. This home is beautiful lots of room our family of 10 enjoyed a week here. We had a visitors as well BEARS made it even better for our family.
