It is a beautiful cabin, with beautiful views of the mountains. David was very responsive to any concerns we had. We had a wonderful stay!

This place was excellent beautiful views. Couple of the TVs didn’t work. They came out right away and fixed it ordered new remotes. Replaced batteries did whatever they needed to do to get us to be able to watch TV. overall, it was a wonderful stay! You can definitely tell that the pictures are of when they initially set it up the place and other ppl have ruined there stuff ! Other than that I would stay at this every time I come to Tennessee! Thank you for a wonderful stay !

David's home was beautiful and the view out of every window was incredible. The en suite bedrooms were perfect for our large family and the kids had fun in the gameroom. The community is nice and is convenient to downtown Sevierville. There was snow on the ground the day we were to arrive and had to postpone our trip by a day. The communication was excellent in helping us get there safely and also if we had needs of any kind. The hot tub was fun to use in the cold/snowy weather and we had a great time all around.

David’s place was beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and all have a personal bathroom. Each floor has a wonderful living area to watch tv and or play games like pool or gamble. The kitchen was big and fully stacked with everything you need to cook and host your family and or friends! The top floor has games and tv screens if you want to hook up your own console. My personal favorite was the jacuzzi! This cabin is one I will definitely recommend and plan to revisit!

Beautiful views from the 3 story wrap around decks. Love that all 6 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We were really impressed with all the games to play from Extra Large Jenga to Xbox to Nerf guns and a pool table. David was very quick to reply to any questions. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean, beautiful, and spacious—exactly as described. The host’s customer service was amazing… very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Our kids loved the game room and all the space to spread out. The views were incredible, especially the sunsets, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this cabin, and we would definitely stay here again!

Place was very clean and easy check in. Our family was very big and we had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Will definitely book again !

We had five families share this space. All were happy with the set up. The kids enjoyed the third floor. Nothing but positive comments from all!

David’s place had plenty of room to stay and spread out and the views were beautiful!

My family and I came to Gatlinburg to have a central location for our six families to spend time together. We needed a space that could host our large family, be within drivable distance to our points of interest, and also keep us occupied while we were in the home. This home gave us all of that and more! I love that the home accommodated for activities for all ages with the poker and pool table on the second level and the arcade games on the third. I would have preferred to see more board games but we were able to keep busy despite that little detail. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed and each room slept us comfortably. I do wish there was a bathroom in one of the shared spaces so that the kids on the 3rd floor bunks could use it but also negligible and we figured it out. Overall, everyone had an amazing time, loved the house, the views, the fresh air, and the comfortability of the home. We’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks David :)

This house was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us all. It was close to the attractions we were going to visit. The only thing lacking was extra towels, but when we reached out they were able to get some brought to us the next day. I appreciated the quick response.

Very spacious for a family trip and I love the 3 levels with different vibes on each one. The location was also very peaceful and not to far from the town to enjoy what Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer. The wrap around balcony too enjoy the scenery was neat too. My favorite amenities was the pool table and game room. Definitely a great cabin to book.

My husband and I had a really relaxing time here! David was always available for my random questions and the view was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The views were breathtaking and you felt very secluded while still being a short drive from all the fun of town! The cabin had so many homey touches and was squeaky clean. I can’t recommend this beautiful getaway enough! Also David was extremely responsive as a host!

We had a guys trip of 16 where individual beds were important. The cabin met those needs and some. We enjoyed the amenities such as the gaming area. The whole gaming floor allowed for several activities simultaneously in the single space. The dining area also accommodating our whole group to eat together was great. It was a great retreat for our group

we had 6 kids and stayed for a week. The kids absolutely loved the game room. The hot tub was a big hit for everyone. The cabin is beautiful!

Fantastic home with loads of amenities. Plenty of space and every bed is queen size. I’d recommend this place to any large group wanting to visit the Knoxville/Sevierville area.

Location was great! We enjoyed not having neighbors right next to us and the available parking. The rooms all had their own bathroom. The kids loved the games provided! Be Ty kid friendly

Our whole trip was hiccups. David was gracious & great at communicating with us. We will definitely give this place another go!

We arrived at the cabin early. I messaged and was able to check in early. Which was great!!! Upon entering we pretty quickly noticed dirty floors, everything was dusty, a loose board on the steps, missing PS4, no ball for the foosball table, no puck for the air hockey and urine covered comforter. They did immediately send someone to fix the steps and ordered the ball and puck, which was very much appreciated! When we told them about the bed, it took 2 days to get someone there to change the bedding. Meaning we couldn’t use that bed for the first 2 days we were there. For the most part they were great with fixing issues. But for what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to complain about so much! We didn’t even mention to them about the pool sticks that all needed the tips replaced and there was no chalk. We went and purchased a tip repair kit and chalk. Was pretty disappointed for the price that we paid.

Both the place and host were fantastic! Our group came here for a college club tournament in Knoxville and the place checked all our boxes. The scenery aroubd the place is incredible too and we were super pleased with our stay!

Our stay in David's cabin was absolutely perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

Best Airbnb experience! We were stranded due to a plumbing issue at a previous Airbnb house, we booked with David at 8:30pm on a Friday night, briefly explained what had happened, that we were cold and hungry. He told us to head to the house and within 10 minutes had all the check-in information to us. The house was amazing, linens were super soft (I looked to see where from because so impressed!), plenty kitchen supplies, extra coolers on porch, comfy beds, plenty of space! View was beautiful, houses were not on top of each other so no privacy issues, easy to find, easy access to house. After a horrible start to our annual trip we are so thankful we ended up here and we will definitely re-book!
