Skyline Pool Lodge

Our experience was wonderful. The cabin was very spacious. Lots of activities to do for kids. Host was wonderful as well. Kept us very informed the whole time!

We recently rented a cabin in Gatlinburg and were extremely disappointed by the condition of the property. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues that made the experience far from what was advertised. We reported our concerns to the rental company, but the responses we received were largely limited to “thank you for informing us,” with no meaningful effort made to address the problems. The cabin lacked basic necessities, including adequate trash bags and sufficient toilet paper. Upon arrival, the property had clearly not been properly cleaned after the previous guests, as we found used dip pouches left in the theater seating area. Many of the lights throughout the cabin did not work, most of the arcade and game room attractions were nonfunctional, and none of the swings were safely operable. Most concerning were the serious safety hazards present on the property. One of the swings collapsed while my niece was using it, causing her injur

it's really beautiful place nice view and affordable

place is good, location is nice, but it need more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. but is loaded with fun stuff, beds where very comfortable.

Host was great at responding to messages and very helpful when we needed something right away. Great place to stay with a large group! The kids had a blast! Would definitely book again!

The cabin is beautiful! My family loved the views and the surroundings. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Our host communicated promptly if we had any issues or concerns. My mom cried when it was time to leave.

Great house, has everything from pool to movie/arcade room!! Beds and tvs could use replacing, also a deep clean of the whole house. House is beautiful but the way to get there is very steep winding road just heads up !
