The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable for families. The location is excellent—definitely an A+ and one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed our stay.That said, the property really needs some TLC, both inside and out.When we first arrived, we found around 10 dead roaches and one live one. We understand this is Florida and bugs can happen, but the cleaning crew should inspect the property and remove them before the next guests check in.The pool also hadquite a bit of debris in it, including small frogs. The pots, pans, and kitchen utensils looked very old and heavily worn, as if they’ve been in use for many years. An update to the kitchen essentials would make a big difference.The smaller villa appeared to have termites, and we had to shake out the beds every day and night. Overall, it honestly didn’t feel like the property had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The sheets had stains and looked unclean, and there was mildew in the bathroom.

Although the house had the perfect size and layout for all of us, the property does need some maintenance. The sliding doors leading to the pool should be replaced, as they were very difficult to open. I also found roaches in the villa and signs of bedbugs. I advised the host to address these issues promptly. Host was prompted to take care of our needs.
