Tucked into the quiet woods of Cosby, Tennessee, this cabin feels like your own private treehouse — a world away from the chaos of everyday life, but still just minutes from everything the Smokies have to offer.

Gathering Spaces
Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace in the open living area, or gather around the dining table for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and board games and a laptop-friendly workspace round out a cabin built for slowing down together — no screens required, but WiFi's there if you need it.
Quiet, Rural Setting
This is a mountain-valley neighborhood surrounded by woodlands and rolling hills — cabins, small farms, and orchards, with outdoor recreation and scenic drives all around. The Cosby entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and local whitewater outfitters are close by, and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are about 20-40 minutes away. Newport, the nearest town for groceries and services, is roughly 10-15 minutes out.

Please note: the road up to the cabin is a steep gravel driveway. AWD or FWD is required — this is not suitable for low-clearance vehicles, especially in wet weather.
Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: Our cleaning team allows for early check-ins/late check-outs when feasible. This can be added for $30/hour. Please let us know if you're interested and we can facilitate for you.

Newport (services, grocery, medical) is the nearest small town (~10–15 minutes).
Highly car-dependent — guests should plan to arrive with a vehicle. Roads are two‑lane rural highways (US‑321/TN‑32 and local county roads); some final‑mile roads may be narrow or winding. Rideshare/taxi service is limited and can be unreliable in Cosby; local shuttle services operate seasonally between Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and area attractions but do not provide regular local circulation. Expect 30–60 minute drives to major tourist hubs and ~10–20 minutes to groceries and basic services in Newport. There is effectively no local intercity passenger rail service.
